		<description>I agree wholeheartedly that Dan was a victim of an established system weighted heavily toward engineers rather than designers.

I heard from a current employee that there are 8000 devs to 100 designers. Not a good ratio for any sort of good design or usability to come through. 

Hence the awful Google favicon and other design missteps. :)</description>
